As Team Lead Sales (Home Visits), you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 15–20 Technical Account Managers who travel across the country every day to advise customers at home about Quatt. Your focus will be on coaching and developing the team, both remotely and during site visits, so we can increase our impact on the energy transition together.
What will you do?
You’ll be the driving force behind our field sales team: 15–20 Technical Account Managers who visit customers daily to advise them on our heat pump and other sustainable solutions.
As a coaching leader, you know how to combine commercial results with personal growth. You make sure your team thrives with energy, clarity, and focus.
You lead 15–20 Technical Account Managers and achieve commercial and customer-focused goals together.
You coach your team both remotely and on the road – you stand beside your people, not above them.
You monitor and optimize the sales funnel and make adjustments when needed.
You work closely with other team leads and the Head of Sales to continuously improve processes.
You regularly visit customer locations to stay connected to real-life operations and support your team.
You actively contribute to commercial strategies, team structure, and new sales approaches.
You make sure everything runs smoothly: from efficient scheduling to well-maintained cars and seamless day starts.
Who we’re looking for
You love achieving results, but you know real impact comes from getting people on board with your vision.
You have experience as a team lead or senior in a direct sales environment (field sales is a plus).
You’ve been “in the trenches” yourself – for example, as an account manager – so you understand the work firsthand.
You’re results-driven, but also empathetic. You know when to lead and when to listen.
You pay attention to the numbers and the people behind them.
You’re eager to learn, curious, and unafraid to try new things to help your team move forward.
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch is a plus.

💶 Salary between €3,500 – €5,000 (depending on experience) + 8% holiday pay
