To keep up the pace, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Internal Tools team. This team is behind the systems that help Quatt run smoothly, supporting sales, operations, and marketing with tools that are reliable, smart, and easy to work with. You’ll work across the stack, building things that help your colleagues work better and faster.

You’ll join a small, down-to-earth team that cares about clean code and solving problems that matter, not just shipping for the sake of it. If that sounds like your kind of engineering, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to understand what they need, and build tools that truly support them

• Develop across the full stack: clean, intuitive front-ends and solid, reliable back-ends

• Write clear, well-structured TypeScript (both on the client and the server)
  Use low-code tools when they’re the right fit, and custom code when they’re not

• Make sure everything you build is scalable, maintainable, and simple to use
  

• Spot opportunities to improve our internal processes and act on them quickly

• Jump in where needed to help Quatt move faster and support our customers even better.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of web development experience (front-end: Next.js, Tailwind, React; back-end: Node.js/Typescript).

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, API development, and cloud/IaC tools.

• Comfortable with Git, automation platforms, and learning new tech.

• Independent, eager to learn, and ready to grow.
