Partnerships with organizations such as Vereniging Eigen Huis, Achmea, Eneco, and HomeQgo are essential to reach this goal. These collaborations bring thousands of households to Quatt — and their success depends on trust, operational excellence, and ongoing development.
As Partnership Manager, you’ll take ownership of these key relationships, ensuring every lead is handled with care while exploring ways to deepen collaboration and maximize impact. It’s a role with visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to grow your skills in large-scale partnership management.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize trust and lead flow.
Ensure that leads provided by partners are converted with operational excellence similar to how Quatt leads are converted, or how you would like to be treated when buying a product from the Quatt ecosystem.
Monitor, report, and optimize lead conversion and partner performance metrics.
Proactively align with partners on goals, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Develop scalable processes for lead intake, communication, and reporting.
Additional responsibilities:
Negotiate and expand agreements to increase lead volumes and deepen partnerships.
Represent Quatt at partner meetings, industry events, and joint initiatives for the business development and acquisition of new partners.

What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or other commercial roles.
Experience with or ambition to manage lead-generating partnerships.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with performance tracking skills.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, adaptable, and resilient.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
What this role offers
A full-time position with direct influence on scaling Quatt’s most important partnerships.
A salary between €3200 and €4600, depending on experience.
