This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the process from start to finish — sourcing, interviewing, advising, and making sure every candidate walks away with a great experience. 🤝

Own the full recruitment journey for a wide variety of roles— from first outreach to signed offer.
Source and screen candidates independently, asking the right questions to uncover real potential.
Keep pipelines moving smoothly so candidates and hiring managers always feel supported.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects Quatt’s culture and values.
Experiment with AI and new tools to streamline and enhance recruitment efficiency.
Keep our ATS and dashboards clean, accurate, and insightful.
Jump into People projects when hiring slows — from improving onboarding to boosting team engagement.

What you bring
2–4 years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) and able to run junior and mid-level searches independently from start to finish.
You communicate clearly, while building trust with candidates and hiring managers, ask the right questions, and guide decisions with clarity and empathy.
You’re structured, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve — whether it’s trying new approaches, refining processes, or learning new (AI) tools.
You're fluent in English and Dutch, so you can communicate smoothly with candidates and colleagues alike.
