Do you want to translate a deal into a feasible installation and a happy customer, together with your team? You are responsible for ensuring that every All-E / complex Hybrid installation can be completed right the first time. You’ll be working with Sales, Planning, Installation & Product teams. The team goal is to translate converted deals into clear, executable and feasible installation plans.

Our goal is to provide 3 million households with sustainable products, such as heat pumps, batteries and more, before the end of 2030. As a Work Prep specialist you’ll have a crucial role in standardizing installation processes with the correct materials, design & planning.

🌱 What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare installations: You make detailed installation plans for All-E and complex Hybrid installations.
• Coordinate & communicate: You’re the technical bridge between Sales and Installations, and when necessary you coordinate with the customer and Planning to ensure a smooth installation day.
• Quality & Safety: Guarantee safety in all installation plans and adhere to regulatory standards regarding heights and noise.
• Continuous improvement: Be critical of your work, spot recurring challenges and discuss actionable solutions.

💡 What you’ll need to bring:

• Technical background: You have experience in a technical environment, preferably installations in the residential sector.

• Hands-on ownership: You take responsibility for the technical feasibility of the installation plans you’ve prepared. If something goes wrong, you pick up the phone to fix it.

• Practical thinking: You understand the real-world conditions of our Installations team and you frequently visit the field to see the results of your work

• Process improvement: You have experience in identifying bottlenecks and improving a process
  

• Collaboration: You play well with others and you are good communicator

• Language: Fluent in Dutch, English is a plus
