As our Head of Sales, you'll shape and lead our entire B2C sales organization. Your role isn’t just to hit numbers, it's to drive a transformation. With a focus on building a high-performance team and cultivating a culture that thrives on ownership and growth. In this role you’ll be reporting to our CEO and be part of the Management Team.
Your impact:
- Build and embed a high-performance culture based on customer friendliness, accountability, collaboration and performance.
- Shape and execute our sales strategy. You’ll be developing and implementing a sales strategy to meet and exceed our ambitious goals. Embedding new work methods and structuring processes to help adopt habits that support scale and predictability.
- Inspire, train and develop talent. You’ll be coaching, mentoring and inspiring sales talent across the team. Develop training and performance management framework to ensure the team has the mindset and tools to be successful.
- Own data-driven results. Define, monitor and steer critical commercial KPI’S and drive ambitious growth targets in a fast-growing, mission driven scale-up. You’ll be preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to the executive team and use metrics and analytics to continuously improve sales performance.
- Cross-functionally impact and feedback. Leverage customer insights to ensure deep product-market fit, create a frictionless end-to-end customer journey, and maximize both conversion rates and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
What you'll bring
- An inspirational and people-first leader with a proven track record as a people-first leader, able to inspire, coach and develop large sales teams (preferably >50 FTE) and drive change.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience within sales, preferably B2C or to SMEs, and skilled in shaping and evolving team culture in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You’re analytical and KPI-driven. You make decisions based on data and insight and bring experience in optimizing and structuring sales processes in a scale-up environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Dutch and English.
- You’re genuinely motivated by our mission to accelerate the energy transition.
