Quatt is the biggest heat pump company in the Netherlands, and we are looking for installers. As a Senior Heat Pump Installer you fit our products in people's homes: the hybrid heat pump, the All-Electric and the Chill (air conditioning). From hybrid to fully electric, you get every part of the technology under your fingers.
You are the face of Quatt at the customer's door: you deliver real craftsmanship, you go for the perfect result and you leave the customer feeling confident.
Not a Dutch speaker? That is no obstacle here. Our teams already include colleagues from more than 30 countries, and you work directly on Quatt's payroll: a Dutch employment contract, a Dutch salary and Dutch terms under the CAO Metaal & Techniek.
What you will do
You help us reach our goal: three million households on sustainable energy by 2030.
You start from home: you drive straight to the customer in your own company van, loaded with A-brand tools. Your fellow installer is already there.
Straight to work: all materials are delivered to the customer in advance. No detours, no waiting, you simply start.
Installing at the highest level: every home is different, so every job asks for your craftsmanship and your problem-solving. You hand over a system that works, and you explain to the customer in plain words how it works.
Strong together: run into something? Your fellow installers and the technical specialists at the office think along straight away. And your ideas to do things smarter? We genuinely act on them.
What you get from us
Besides the chance to work with the newest technology every day, you get a complete package at Quatt:
A salary between € 3,500 – € 4,750 gross per month (based on 40 hours), plus 8% holiday allowance. You fall under the CAO Metaal & Techniek, the Dutch collective labour agreement for metal and technology.
Overtime counts: settled weekly, paid monthly.
Time off: 25 holidays and 13 ADV days, the extra days off that come with the collective agreement.
Your own van: a company van, filled with A-brand tools.
Extras that make the difference: a net lunch allowance of € 100 per month and an annual discount on Quatt products.

What you bring
We will teach you everything about our products. You bring the basics:
Hands that understand technology: experience with heat pumps, air conditioning, central heating or electrical work is ideal, but any installation background is welcome.
Certificates are not a must: NEN-1010, NEN-3140, CO measurement, STEK or VCA are a plus. Missing one? You can get it at our expense.
A technical education as a base: a vocational degree in installation, electrical or mechanical engineering is a bonus, not a hard requirement.
You run your own job: from the installation itself to the paperwork and a schedule that changes at the last minute.
Language: you speak good English. Dutch is a strong plus, because you explain the system to Dutch customers in their own home.
And further: you already live in the Netherlands and are allowed to work here, you hold a category B driving licence, and when you start you apply for a Dutch certificate of conduct (VOG), which we pay for.
